Agreement to Terms

• Create embeddings and derived data for search and AI functionality
• Make backup copies for data protection

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is owned by EMS - Extra Mile Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

Usage Limits and Quotas

The Service may have usage limits based on your subscription plan:

• Number of documents you can upload
• Document processing capacity
• Storage space allocation

We reserve the right to enforce these limits and may suspend service if limits are exceeded.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However:

• No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk
• You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of Your Content
• We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your actions

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from the AI will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMS - Extra Mile Services SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EMS - Extra Mile Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or rights of third parties
• Your Content or use of the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your actions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Sending email notification for significant changes
